Standard Delivery for orders £39.99 and under (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For) – £5.00 + VAT

Free Standard Delivery for orders over £40 (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for) – FREE

Express Delivery – If you place the order before 11am your order will be dispatched the same day, or the next working day if weekend or bank holiday, via a carrier for delivery the next working day (excludes weekends and public holidays) – £13.50 + VAT.

PLEASE NOTE: Highlands & Islands include – Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Argyll and Bute, Dundee, Highlands, Inverclyde, Moray, Orkney Islands, Perth and Kinross, Shetland Islands, Western Islands.

International Deliveries

All international deliveries (including Samples) are carried out by courier – £19.50.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us for an estimate of how long your delivery by courier will take.

Shipping Methods

All UK Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail.

All UK Express delivery services are provided by FedEx. A tracking number is added to your documentation, which is emailed to you, to allow you to track your package.

Returns

If you have goods to return, please contact us in the first instance either by telephone on +44 (0) 845 305 8460 or by info@colourfulfelt.co.uk and let us know your order/invoice number, the name in which the order was placed, what is being returned and the reasons for return. Following this you can then return the goods to us, again enclosing details of the order number and name, to the address included on your invoice.

Provided the goods are in the same condition in which they were despatched we will always issue a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
