What Payment Methods do you Accept?

We accept Visa (including Visa Delta), Mastercard, Switch / Maestro, American Express, Solo and Electron cards. Online, we also accept payment via PayPal.

For orders placed via post we also accept cheque and postal order payment. Bank transfers are also accepted.

What is the Security Check?

Every order placed by credit or debit card undergoes a security check with your card issuer to ensure that the details we have match their records and that your card isn’t being used fraudulently. In the event of non-authorisation by your card issuer we’ll contact you to let you know.

When will my card be debited?

If your order is via our website then your account will be debited immediately.

When will I receive my refund?

If you have received a refund for your payment via the Opayo merchant system on your Debit or Credit card, your money will be refunded to the same card you paid with in 5 working days. This period is a standard feature of the Opayo payment system and cannot be expedited.

If you have paid with your Paypal account, you should have your refund in 2-3 working days.
